I feel challenged on a daily basis and I am helping my co-workers and supporting our customers.

I appreciate the total involvement my direct manager has in my professional development. I have less trust in the higher level executive team as they seem more focused on cutting costs.

I would feel better about my compensation if my base salary were higher. Compared to the marketplace, I know that I am underpaid. However I really enjoy the people I work with and my direct manager.
