LN no longer supports its people. Our team is overworked, over stressed and undervalued. Quality is no longer our focus. This will over time jeopardize the company's health.
Enthusiasm and support for the rule of law
Rule of law endeavors combined with the opportunities to contribute to the community through pro bono hours and ERGs
Our teams are excellent. People work cooperatively and treat each other with respect. People know their jobs and that matters.
The people make the culture. I appreciate working with people who have similar experiences, backgrounds, work ethics. It makes the job easier.
I think the leadership team did a great job with the COVID response, specifically adapting and adjusting. I, also, feel like the leadership team truly cares about how we are doing during this time.
I have been doing the same job for about 25 plus years. I have explored career changes within the organization, but since the organization does not post salary ranges for open positions, I can't risk making a change. No one can afford a pay decrease.
We are severely understaffed and over worked. It is impossible to deliver the quality products we need to deliver under the current circumstances. Quality should matter more than metrics. Improved training for new hires - mentoring. Local management that understands and doesn't simply speak well
The experienced team members are great. The new hires and global team members have not been trained well to be successful. Indeed some are a hinderance. However, I do believe that everyone wants to do a good job; however, we have not equipped them for success.
Pay adjustments required - Release of the surveys from HR saying that I am paid fairly. My own interactions indicates that I am not paid fairly based upon conversations with others. If I had more knowledge officially, I could make a better and fairer assessment. Hiding info = deceit
I have a law degree and other than one pay adjustment, I have had no significant pay raise in 25 years. Yes, I get my 1 to 3% pay raise, but there have also been years when the company did not give any raise to anyone. Ultimately, I am frustrated with salary.
