None. LN PRETENDS that they value people, but their actions are different from what they are communicating.

I appreciate my team mates because they still work diligently despite feeling down because of our salary and the unsatisfactory interactions with our stakeholders.

i did not get my full appraisal this year because of a sudden change in the initially communicated appraisal rate by the LN leaders.

The LN CEO and senior leaders must remember the value that the staff brings to the company. LN is losing a lot of employees because they prioritize AI, and different innovation projects. While I understand that those can keep us competitive, LN leaders lost sight of the contributions of the staff.

LN is very pretentious about valuing its people, but they need to do more to make the people "FEEL" that they are valued. LN sends company-wide recognitions, but it is never enough. The leaders are driven by their budget and will disregard the complaints of the staff about insufficient salary.
