Everyone seems to genuinely love LexisNexis since most of the people I know have been in the company for a very long time.

We are a very large organization - I think post covid, we should travel and meet for kick-offs every year so that we know one another better.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I achieved a lot in my first year company whilst no one else in my region did, exceeded expectations, and 4 years later I still sit in the same position. Never got noticed, never got promoted while other people have.
Qu’est-ce qui vous rend le plus heureux au travail?
To be honest, I am very self motivated and this makes me happy. but after nearly 4 years at the company with no change in my position despite my great track record, I am no longer very happy. But I believe in LexisNexis and I am proud to be a part of the team and this makes me push hard!
