I feel my overall experience with Medela has been a very positive one! I've been employed with the company for many years and have seen it go through many changes, however, the constant has always been the quality and culture of it's employees has not been compromised.

I really enjoy collaborating with my colleagues on the projects we create and enjoy the energy and expertise they bring to the organization. There is a real sense of professionalism and care that goes into producing meaningful products and assets that help support our customer needs.

I feel we communicate effectively as a team. Our team always has the companies interest first over 'self'. The team is VERY hardworking - always putting in 200%.

They are passionate about the company. I feel they care about the best interests of the employees and communicate out to the organization in a clear and transparent manner.

PTO, pension plan - most companies do not provide, maternity/paternity leave - even though this doesn't apply to me, I feel it is very generous and a great perk!

I love the new challenges I face daily - It keeps me wanting to strive for excellence, work on problem-solving skills, and continue to improve. I like talking to my co-workers and team whether it is face-to-face or remote. I feel happy knowing our products make a difference in so many lives!

Medela has a friendly atmosphere. Most people walk around with a smile on their face. It's a culture where employees are willing to help and go above and beyond what is asked of them. We take great pride in our work and it shows! Remote work options have really boosted moral and make us competitive!
