They try to help each other whenever needed. Manager encourage us to share our ideas

APAC leadership team is open for any suggestion. Only missing element is they don't do one to one session with individuals.

We are free to share any idea no one takes in negative. one team concept is at its best in Qualtrics
What are some of the best things about your team?
All the team members who joined just before me or after display all qualities of TACOS, ONE TEAM. Old employee does not have these concept
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
1. What was promised during initial discussion was not paid. 2. Orgn has not consider my last 6 years of experience and the same was discovered after joining the orgn.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love challenges and motivated to solve it. Qualtrics give me the freedom to think out of box and get support provided I dont break any rules laid down by the organisation
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Apart from salary I feel Qualtrics should be at par if not best in other benefit to the employee for eg travel expense, health insurance just to name few in which Qualtrics is far far behind in the Industry
