XPO: Commitment, knowledge base, willingness to achieve
XPO: They lead with Integrity and Inclusion.
XPO: Overall, my experience has been positive. Most of my supervisors have been supportive and my co-workers GREAT to work with.
XPO: we are way too cheap with people resources. we are quick to get rid of folks in large numbers, the work grows but not in proportion to available people resources
XPO: Huge amount of work, with short deadlines and limited resources, however, we manage to deliver value and opportunities for our business
XPO: I have had a positive experience working at XPO.
XPO: I have been with XPO for 2 years, 2 months and have been transferred four times. I don't feel that I'm reporting to the correct department.
XPO: The people are demanding but kind, respectful, inclusive and professional.
Concentrix: We are share the same values and views
XPO: Use to be a service first company. As Walt Disney says "Quality always wins" but we no longer care about the quality of our service product and only care about our stock price.
XPO: This is the best place I have ever worked. I am treated with respect and I am afforded opportunities based off of merit, not tenure. LTL is fast paced by nature, this is no different and is what I expected. I feel tremendous security and I am very optimistic about the future.
XPO: I would like to see a flexible WFH adopted to retain and attract talent. This could be a competitive advantage and not cost anything. 2 days a week would be ideal.
XPO: Good senior management. I enjoy the challenge everyday and always having to adapt. Growing is an everyday Occurrence. We are understaffed and overworked. Expected to do everything under the sun with no employees and minimal pay for your responsibility. There is also no work/life balance.
XPO: is a structured company, which manages to maintain an industrial but human approach. it is full of challenges. and I like challenges. I have been working in transport for 22 years, I have always worked in large groups, including our competitors. I treat the company as if it were my own company, with
XPO: I have been working in the company for 20 years but I believe that this last management is the most correct towards the employees ... previously there were problems .. that also weighed down the work despite being linked to it
XPO: I have watched countless good employees go from being genuinely excited and motivated to do well become unenthused and jaded due to the lack of balance and accountability amongst employees. We continue to lose hard working and smart employees because we don't give them any opportunity to progress.
XPO: We're not putting our customers first
Applebee's: I love it there amazing
XPO: a mixed experience between site director, CS project manager, D&P activities...so various activities and various relationships (customers, internal opertionnal people, support contacts...)
XPO: The best part of my compensation package is bonus potential.
XPO: the company is very great and helpful to people especially the migrate . I like working with XPO because we valuable.
XPO: I've been with XPO since day 1 and have enjoyed the journey! I feel the company (leadership) truly cares for the employees.
XPO: I am very proud to be part of XPO
XPO: Great career advancement, open communication, sharing company overall vision, excellent benefits
XPO: Everything was going great until the spinoff. But now with the spinoff I have personally lost interest. The dream of working for a 17 billion company and #ONEXPO has been shattered. No new challenges at work, same old stuff day in and out. Planning to quit soon if I get a better opportunity outside
XPO: I was lucky to have a motivating start to my career at XPO. But I ask myself the question: why there is no local sharing, between operator between LOBs?
XPO: Very hard working and challenging - great people, great customer
XPO: A very fast paced, high pressure and forward thinking business. There is plenty of room for expansion and progression, we really care about people - maybe work / life balance becomes too stretching at times
XPO: Its great working with XPO but at times few things need to be looked into
XPO: My experience with the company has been good. I've had the chance to work for different BUs. The only two things that could be better is to not change managers every year or so and the scare two years ago with the chance XPO could be sold. I was very afraid that I'd lose my job.
XPO: We make it harder than it should be.
XPO: Does not meet the expectation which I perceived while joining the company
XPO: I have had the privilege to manage and lead a lot of good people in my career at XPO. The company has also provided me the opportunity to take care of my family for many years. I currently like and respect my boss and enjoy working with my peer group. I am not happy with advancement opportunities
XPO: I enjoy working at XPO. I wear the shirts proudly.
XPO: fast paced never get boring
XPO: Engaging and fast paced. Informal and supportive but also demanding. Pace is constantly too high, some relief is needed.
XPO: interactive events like potlucks and cubicle decoration competitions.
XPO: I feel useful and challenged
XPO: Allot of changes over the years. So many Managers have lost their jobs it is hard as a older long term employee to feel secure.
XPO: i have been here for 19 years. that says a lot
XPO: Compared to others in the industry, I feel that XPO under pays. There is also a very odd
XPO: Great experience so far but lacking growth opportunities.
XPO: Need ability to work from home, otherwise we will be limited in our ability to attract quality talent and we will lose talent to companies that are offering that work/life balance
XPO: They appear to be approachable
XPO: Very happy to work for XPO based on the relentless focus on driving shareholder value and growth. This relentless focus is what drives people to either excel or leave due to the pace. It is also what leaves people with uncertainty of what changes could be coming next as we focus on driving growth,
XPO: Love working with the people who are brilliant, without them I would have looked for a role elsewhere
XPO: It is a multi cultural workforce and I enjoy working with all my colleagues and just being at work.
XPO: I have observed a great deal of new customer growth. We seen even through the impacts of covid the teams come together to still service our customers in a manner that they need it. I love working for a company that is growing and evolving
XPO: Being such a large company, there is a lot of room for learning and growth. My hopes are that the positions that have been successfully working from home for the last 15 months can continue to have a remote option. The good people are being approached by other companies and XPO needs to retain them.
XPO: XPO offers many modes of transportation which makes my job fun because I can offer options to my customers.
XPO: we have good relationship, we help each other
XPO: We like to think we're fast paced - but really we tend to delay, delay, delay and then run to a deadline. However, we do take the plunge as a group and wholeheartedly. I like the challenge.
XPO: Management. Respect. Wages. Job satisfaction.
XPO: I've been here over two years and have never plateaued. There's always something new starting. Everyone is expected to be flexible and always willing to learn new things. It's been a really great time.
XPO: Fantastic. Only concern is the fact that we're reporting to the office full-time in the future. May put us at a disadvantage attracting talent when most of the world plans to remain flex schedule.
XPO: Fast pace company, good work environment, challenging nonetheless could review amount of calls and emails with KPIS sent which are not adequate to time of analysis required, meaning you get more than you can review/duly comment. could improve purchasing dept. too bureaucratic /takes too long
XPO: Since being with XPO for the past 5 years, I would not want to work for any other company. Thru COVID this company kept everyone afloat and cannot thank this company enough. The Team I work with in our District, "gets it"! and am very proud to work with this team at XPO
XPO: XPO has very much a startup spirit which I have been able to learn from and embracing technology and innovation to better serve our customers and internal processes. There is room for improvement with opportunities for growth and compensation as well as flexibility with benefits role after pandemic
XPO: The company is a strong focused company, and I have meaningful work to get done. I feel parts of our culture are mediocre and we need to do more to be engaging to our employees.
XPO: my experience here @ XPO is a traumatic one. we do not train incoming personnel correctly. the burden of running this terminal falls on only the backs of a few dedicated workers who have a no quit attitude! our management & leadership need an immediate overhaul or we will lose more than employees.
XPO: I like their Professionality and inclusivity
XPO: Everyday is battle. It's tough to walk in the office with a positive outlook when you know we do not have the tools to win the day. There are days I sit down the road and check work emails as I know once I walk in the door there will be upset overworked drivers and 10-15 customers wanting answers.
XPO: Unappreciated. Although we self proclaim fairness to all minority and special interest groups (to the point of being able to self identity or support) the senior workers face an unconscious negative bias when it comes to opportunities, promotions, raises etc. and lack an identified category.
XPO: problem after problem, always fighting a battle internally or externally. everything has to be escalated and do not give managers authority to make decisions. we say we want to be the best in class but we make decisions that contradict that. we make our decisions based 100% financially.
XPO: les relations humaine et l'organisation
XPO: I like my job, but it would be nice to actually feel appreciated. I know I'm good at what I do, but it would nice to actually hear it. I do the work of multiple people, and it annoys me to no end to hear other terminals complain about being overworked. Are you serious? There's one of me.
XPO: XPO is a great place to be. The IT teams are among the best I've ever seen. Leaders are extremely empathetic and genuinely want the best for you, while your peers are as smart as they get. The compensation and benefits need to be improved however, if we want to retain this top talent.
XPO: Interesting challenges whose progress is slowed down by people w/o knowledge of 21st century best practices
XPO: I really wish there were more opportunities for ppl like myself with 16yrs of experience but not the college degree. I have seen college degree ppl come and go, quickly. The experienced ppl are left to "fill" in until the next college degree shows up only to leave, quickly. Then the cycle continues.
XPO: There has been allot of change and executive leadership has made some incredible mistakes with how the people are managed and treated.
XPO: I have been with my company for the majority of my working career. When I ask myself why, the answer is because the company continuously evolves, grows, and offers different opportunities. Arguably more so than job hunting the market.
XPO: I enjoy working for my company and the team that I am apart of. I believe our Executive team on the account that I am with are very professional and willing to see our team succeed.
XPO: I have had a great career with many promotion opportunities. However the pandemic and subsequent recovery has unveiled the flawed logic of LTLs leadership. Cost cutting was a great strategy for 3 years to drive profit, during the recovery cost cutting and failure to invest is driving away people.
XPO: I'm proud I had the opportunity to become Manager. I like the service I sell. Nevertheless they are too many personal interests coming before the work interests in all day activities from others Managers/employee I work with.
XPO: The work is challenging in a way that the time I invest in improving my skills is mutually beneficial to the company, its clients, and me.
XPO: Years at XPO passed very smoothly
XPO: I love working for XPO
XPO: My management tree makes my work life a nightmare. Feedback in unhelpful to negative.
XPO: XPO are the best company i've ever worked for, the reward and regognition is like no other
XPO: Good company with lots of opportunity but they need to make it easier to promote from within the organization.
XPO: Initially my experience was good, but unfortunately after learning that all departments must be back in the office full time, it has been not been good. All coworkers have not been able to say one positive thing about going back full time. Some are even contemplating looking for another job.
XPO: Dedication to the organization and clients.
XPO: over worked, unable to take time off because of how busy we are and because of what I come back to after being off.Emails are out of control, 100-150 emails a day, if you take a day off this doubles them, take a full week off and it take the next week to catch back up. Staffing issues daily
XPO: We have a very collaborative team that supports one another.
XPO: They are driven and very knowledgeable of the business
XPO: XPO is fast-paced and in a constant state of change. This can lead to burn out and cause anxiety about being able to accomplish goals in a normal work day (based on 10-12 hours per day for salaried), however the opportunities to grow and be creative has made this a wonderful experience for for me.
XPO: My customers, working hard towards goals.
XPO: My overall experience is good as I enjoy what I do and who I work with, although when the company splits it will be totally different but I will embrace the change and the challenges it brings.
XPO: Passionate Teams. However, Entrepreneurial is one of our values, but we are heavily hindered by US Control in IT, Marketing, Recruitment. SF is not really fit for purpose. Far better tools out there that would be more beneficial for a company of our global reach. Bonus for all, not just Mgrs.
XPO: they work with each individual to develop and make them give the best of what they are
XPO: XPO has been my family. From having my back through a parent's death, and my own job security when I was significantly ill. XPO has always been there. "No worries, do what you can. We've got you" has always been the message I've gotten. Been here 6 years, not leaving any time soon.
XPO: Enjoyable and challenging in most aspects of my role
XPO: My Gm and OP's managers
XPO: Overall it's a good experience. It feels like a large family and that's important to me.
XPO: ESPERIENZA NEI 20 ANNI POSITIVA - NEGATIVA PER QUANTO RIGUARDA LA RETRIBUZIONE NEGATIVA PER QUANTO RIGUARDA I MIEI RESPONSABILI
XPO: Over the last 5 years the company has made more changes for employees that it have in the prior 15-20, but they need to continue and leaders need to not stay stuck in old way of thinking. No matter what changes are made, department managers can make employees unhappy and leadership needs to realize.
XPO: I have worked at XPO for over 4 years now and have thoroughly enjoy every moment. I feel valued everyday, love my role, have great caring and helpful work colleagues and Managers..
XPO: There have been peaks and valleys in my career here. Overall I am grateful for the opportunity to be where I am and what I do. I do not agree with the direction our business unit is heading. We are repeating past mistakes with clients, and we are due for a major change to shake up the business.
XPO: 401k matching. Could use better healthcare options.
XPO: Logistics is a challenge and I enjoy it all, learning new systems, working with my vendors, assisting with the upmost professional service. Communicating with co-worker's internal and external. Enjoy the atmosphere and especially casual dress.
XPO: ... ... ... ... ...
XPO: I am in the company since a long time but scared with the spin-off and a potential upcoming sale
XPO: Been working for the company for a number of years. Would recommend it.
XPO: Its been the best job that i have had in my career driven by the people i work with and the variety of day to day content
XPO: sono cresciuta molto nell'ultimo anno e mezzo grazie alla fiducia che il mio capo deposito ha avuto in me; adesso infatti gestisco una buona parte del reparto outbound
XPO: I enjoy the day to day challenges of work
XPO: Tough environment at times, but many of the Leadership have been very fair
XPO: Good and varied job, fairly paid but not in respect to what is asked. The people I work close with are all competent, the only real bother is all the administration that is needed. Senior management hide behind rules set out by XPO, not to have to deal with the real issues
XPO: The fact that they are visible
XPO: very challanging work. every day is a new experience and challange. I really like my people that I work with locally. my boss is very supportive.
XPO: Management is poor at communication and overall bringing poor attitudes to the workplace. No positive feedback at all. The pay is not keeping up with the times and for what this job is, it should be higher. Having a permanent shift would help for planning activities outside of work.
XPO: i like the flexibility .
XPO: Was a good experience and I had honor to have the best team, and without people, you are nothing. I hope to have a clear goals and to invest in people and also to stay close with customers. Thanks' for opportunity to be in XPO.
XPO: I enjoy working at XPO. I am disappointed that information does not flow freely. A recent example is the company's realignment of divisions and where individuals will sit. Great companies share information freely and keep people informed. This is a key opportunity for GXO moving forward
XPO: It's a company of firefighters. It's all about fixing the immediate issue, not doing the root cause analysis and figuring out how to prevent the problems from reoccurring. In my group, your career depends on whether management likes you. The least liked gets laid off. It's not based on performan
XPO: Its the worst. Fear of loosing a job without any fair warning any point of time; i wont recommend any of my friend to join this company as there is no job security; no growth opportunities and promotion for existing tenured employees rather people are getting hired from outside (same experience)
XPO: I love my job and the ability to perform my job as needed without being micro managed.
XPO: I learned a lot and I am learning a lot working in xpo
XPO: Interesting, enjoyable and fulfilling. Has allowed me to expand my own personal knowledge.
XPO: Varied, I have been in XPO since 2009 working on projects which has kept the role fresh and interesting
XPO: good, timely, complete, open communication
XPO: Pleasant environment but stressful and strenuous. Definitely not for the faint of heart.
XPO: A challenging fast past environment that helps motivate and get the best out of myself.
XPO: I have only been here for 6 months and feel like I am an important part of this team. I am constantly learning new things and broadening my skills.
XPO: Principalmente el salario y el veh?
XPO: I'm constantly challenged. The workload is intense. To our credit, XPO is very focused on hiring only talented people. There is some risk the pace results in higher turnover than might otherwise be expected. Don't think we should change, but we should acknowledge this reality.
XPO: Great opportunities, development of a diverse workforce, everyone is treated fairly... Great place to work
XPO: The pace is fast, I also push myself to be fast. The support functions of IT, HR, Compensation, Recruiting is like pulling a tugboat to keep pace with the operation. This is where I spend most of my day. We need all wages and benefits reviewed as the competitors seem to be ahead of us.
XPO: I started at the bottom and I have been given the opportunity to advance, learn and grow in my career and as an individual.
XPO: L'entreprise a su me faire confiance et m'a permis d'évoluer. Je me sent reconn
XPO: I do the same job as my colleagues but am paid less, I was told i would receive boost payments and never received them.
XPO: Extreme pressure by upper management, daily. Great PTO accrual if you have tenure, but unable to use it without bias for taking time off. Executive goals drive decisions negatively affecting customers & customer facing roles suffer. Employees are pushed, customers come last, ZERO focus on service
XPO: Willingness to listen to ideas
XPO: The leadership team is hardworking, honest, and straight forward.
XPO: XPO has been great to me and my family, but it has been a strange time during Covid. XPO needs to remain flexible to adjust to the changing job markets.
XPO: team work, leadership, understanding, high workload,
XPO: Quality company. Quality engaged people
XPO: great, motivating, challanging, tyring but rewarding
XPO: transparent, flexible, approachable, interactive, vise
XPO: it is a fast paced environment i can easily handle
XPO: The hierarchy should be less focused on the budget and more organized around the different services by putting them in interaction.
XPO: We support each outher. We want each other to be successful and root for each others success
XPO: Great company that is currently facing challenges. We NEED to improve upon service if we are going to continue to increase overall costs. Customer only pay more for better service, which we are not currently providing.
XPO: I am surrounded by many experienced people but unfortunately, there is no ¨teamwork¨term here. I feel quite bad about having no 1to1 sessions, no feedbacks, no clear targets (no targets at all) and about not being heard. I think that our managers must learn about motivational approac
XPO: Provides multiple ways to gauge employee satisfaction
XPO: Management of strategic accounts in Europe.
XPO: willingness to work together as a team.
XPO: My annual bonus incentive and health cover
XPO: Overall, good. There are too many layers of "Management", most have no idea what it actually takes to get the job done. They inject themselves to feel valuable with no benefit to the business yet take credit for the work of others. It is becoming increasingly difficult to reward those doing the work
XPO: My experience working at XPO has been really satisfying and would like to continue to learn and grow here for a long period of time.
XPO: Most enjoyable job that I've had .
XPO: Difficult to project in the future: difficult to understand the compagny target (ecepting making money of course). Low investment getting the customer affraid to work with us. Difficult to continue to be a real haulier. Spin off is now even more stressing people about futur and target
XPO: XPO has great potential based... the business + passionate workers. Almost all effort is put toward delivery, not politics. BUT, the culture doesn't leverage the leadership within the ranks and the lack of structure on key processes creates chaos and a poor experience.
XPO: It is work, and it is OK. sometimes fun sometimess less fun. I am working with a great team that is what counts for me. culture has changed in the last years for the better where we support each other more in the tasks and goals we need to achieve.
XPO: Amazing culture in Mumbai office especially because of strong leadership in analytics field.
XPO: Good team on local website.
XPO: Great company to work for, challenging, rewarding, and satisfying.
XPO: Challenged and rewarded for the my efforts, however at times lately I feel a bit overwhelmed in the current state which will pass.
XPO: I'm able to come to work, provide my skills to deliver great IT solutions that wow the customer each day. My team is motivated and passionate with what they do. The company fosters an environment of learning and ability for everyone to provide their input and skills to get the job done.
XPO: They don't micro manage us
XPO: It's exciting to see so many changes and growth in a short period of time. This brings too many activities so aften that have to be accomplished with the 'usual' ones
XPO: About three and a half years with the company and although all promises with regards to pay (increases are very low), benefits and promotional not kept the atmosphere is good and experience acknowledged.
XPO: Xpo is a great company ,the leadership is outstanding, if there is an issue with anything , rather its homelife of work the leadership is always there for support
XPO: I like my job and my co-workers but PTO is not good and raises come way too little and years apart.
XPO: very friendly and helpful colleges that are willing to help when learning a new job
XPO: Outstanding Company that is committed to providing all employees with a great place to work
XPO: I love working for XPO, I have since I started back in 2007 / 2008. Even though the company name has changed and the company has grown. The people side of the company has remained and that is invaluable.
XPO: Overall since I’ve switched positions, I am happier with my work/life balance. In my previous position, I was constantly working and answering my phone sometimes 12+ hours a day every d
XPO: inclusive environment that recognizes effort and results.
XPO: challenge is good but works gone more stressfull and unfortunatly work comes at home (less free time for us - more night work more week end work
XPO: We are only numbers among others
XPO: great encounters, great challenges, involved and competent teams
XPO: My experience has been beneficial for the most part. Bad management in the past made it very difficult to perform at a level we felt we were capable of doing.
XPO: A fast moving organization, mean and lean
XPO: an experience that motivates me to permanently exceed the limits to permanently aim for the better
XPO: My career progression has been better within XPO than any other company I've worked for in the last 20 years but it does feel that we do not have the correct balance to mentor and support newly promoted team members as I've seen in my experience.
XPO: I like XPO. I fear that the move to force people back into the office will push good people to other companies that may provide the flexibility that XPO is taking away.
XPO: I like to work here because everyone respect each other There is no pressure as such while working
XPO: My experience has mixed emotions. Right from a very open and dynamic company where a lot of work and opportunities were given to no opportunities for the last 2 yrs. This is particularly because of some ego clashes at the top which lead to no new work transition even after all the promises.
XPO: One of the best I have ever worked for
XPO: + If you perform well, you can grow within the company Amazing coworkers It takes a lot of time to find your way in the company but once there, life is so much easier and better - Too much political play Too much meetings and thus lost time
XPO: I have joined XPO in April 2021, overall experience and culture is fantastic, work environment, my team members, the employee benefits, HR response everything is mind blowing, the only problem i faced some miscommunication from HR during my joining. but apart from love to be a XPO employee.
XPO: I've been here 10 years and I have learned multiple joe functions and ability to transfer within the company is easily to further my growth.
XPO: Very positive. XPO is a rewarding place to work if you are willing to put the work in and help the company move forward.
XPO: I have worked for this company under various guises for 27 years. XPO is streets ahead of everyone before it. It's a proper worldwide brand. If this is the last company I ever work for, I wouldn't be upset, I'd be proud to say I was part of it's progress.
XPO: I enjoy XPO. Love what I do.. we are just at a slow point which makes it challenging right now. Outside of that I am very happy with my job and who I report to
XPO: Training in communication towards staff
XPO: le bonus NAO verse chaque annee
XPO: I got to learn a lot of things in this company. Working environment is good, Gaming zone, and many other things has been provided by the company In terms of Employee benefits I am bit not satisfied. I hope so it will be improved in future. (No Covid funds allocated for Employees)
XPO: To be able to progress, starting as a HGV driver and progression to a Manager
XPO: there drive and motivation, very result driven
XPO: The people I work with
XPO: I appreciate working from home since March 2020 due to the pandemic. I know that things here recently have gotten crazy as some people have resigned their positions leaving more work and having to cover other markets. Only way to keep me here longer is a big boost in pay. I could make 15 at McD's
XPO: a company that supports its employees to perform
XPO: helps me to grow up and develop many skills
XPO: depends on who my executive team is -
XPO: It has been a wonderful experience working with XPO the day I joined no single day felt like not going to office everyday I look forward to go to office or start my work from home. Help full seniors, management and employee centric environment has made this one of best companies to work with
XPO: I have had a pretty good experience at XPO
XPO: I love my work and people around me, the issue is my site is a 24 hour operation and runs as this and need to monitor and check for much longer than i am paid to do
Raising Cane's: We always work together and make it through the day
XPO: It used to be awesome. Then we changed into a do your job, don't have an opinion and you can't color with the wrong crayon. People who aren't here day to day are telling me how I can and can't host a meeting. Last Mile President is a goober. So it starts with him but it effects us negatively.
XPO: Very happy with XPO since the start and happy with my long service
XPO: i been with this company going on 10 years hoping things get better with the pay and i move up and it don't look to good
XPO: XPO has been good to me. I've learned valuable skills and gotten paid for it.
XPO: I enjoy working with our company, but all companies have issues, Mine is my pay and advancement, for what I know and do I feel I should have advanced by now
XPO: I am happy and proud to be part of this company
XPO: Working at XPO has been outstanding. I have the opportunity to create and manage important communication channels for our employees, customers and other key stakeholders. The spin toward GXO has been invigorating, as well.
XPO: MOst of the people listen to each other
XPO: communication strategy enjoy boss money
XPO: The open door policy that can be used without fear of retaliation
XPO: Fair salary, great bonus this year!
XPO: Leadership could listen to employees and let us continue to work from home. Many of us are VERY anxious about returning to the office and there is NO NEED for us to return full time.
XPO: over the years, highs and lows, but overall very supported, and encouraged to be all that I can be
XPO: always helpful in working with other teams
XPO: Overall, it's a good place to work. I wish senior leadership would take more time getting to know our people. We have a great team, but need to value our team. We place results well above our people, that is not sustainable.
XPO: The company has been good to me and my family these past few years.
XPO: I feel like my education is far more advanced than most my coworkers and the permanent people have good wages because they were grandfathered in from other companies. I do the same job just as well at minimum as my coworker and they were grandfathered. They get paid at least $3 more dollars/hour
XPO: I am dedicated to the company and believe we offer an excellent and specific service for our clients. It is incredible to be part of a fast pace team that is driven to accomplish the tasks ahead and look for new and innovative ways of working.
XPO: Each day you learn something
XPO: overall all good, happy to be part of xpo/gxo
XPO: I like my position and working for XPO. I am very happy being able to work from home currently and I'm sad that upper management is trying to make us go back into the office. I feel that it will make me feel more anxiety/stress towards my job.
XPO: My experience has been mostly positive. I have lucked out and work for an amazing manager who appreciates what I do and challenges me to be better and gives me opportunity. I wish accountability was pushed heavier on shared services.
XPO: bonne entente cohésion sol
XPO: Thoroughly enjoyable and I have been a engaged employee for over 9 years currently.
XPO: It use to be a great company to work for. Now it is all rolling down the hill. They saving on peoples wages, cutting corners on safety and we are constantly understaffed.
XPO: help achieve goals and facilitate common work
XPO: XPO is a great company to work for. The work is there if you want to work. We have amazing benefits and great wages. But I do feel we are not diversified in my region.
XPO: the work culture makes me happy
XPO: My co-workers are very nice, I feel there is good balance between sales and operations. My boss does an excellent job of leading the team. I feel good coming to work every day and proud to work for XPO!
XPO: Great company to work. It seems like a very young company so it gives you the feel of a start up. Constantly learning! I really enjoyed working from home and would like to see XPO offer that
XPO: I've always been provided with opportunities at XPO!
XPO: It is very good, however there will always a scope of improvement will required as log as we need to grow.
XPO: I think company needs to identify jewels and pay comparative salaries and help them grow in their career
XPO: Would be helpful if the 'internal' customers needs were better met by other departments at Head Office
XPO: great place to work, hope to retire from this company some day
XPO: While the culture can be light-hearted at times, if you are struggling with your workload, you are sometimes left to be overwhelmed. You have to work hard at times to keep up with deadlines, but we are given advise from management on how to handle these moments.
XPO: very good, very supportive, very comfortable
XPO: Help build local office, bulid large book of business. Passed up by under performing rep multiple times for advancement. Was offered advancement, accepted then told that management didnt have authorization to make original offer
XPO: I really enjoy working at XPO but I am a little worried about the new company spinoff and what the future holds.
XPO: They are always available at anytime
XPO: I love the fast pace and analytical aspect of the day. My experience here is great!
XPO: XPO has been an incredible place to work and I feel incredibly fortunate. I would just hope that they review their work from home policy. I'm afraid that if they are stagnant in their policy, we will lose some of our top talent, and will find it difficult to backfill roles
XPO: They do not provide enough opportunities for me personally for advancment
XPO: que ante todo somos personas, no solo trabajadoes
XPO: Our workloads have increased and the company need to understand that currently work/life balance is compromised and the business need to recognize this from higher up than Director level. We are a successful company due to its people - some people are burning and need to have a voice
XPO: It’s a pleasure working for XP
XPO: They are responsive and considerate
XPO: I was hired as a temp and moved into a full time position within about 3.5 months. I have been happy at my job since starting.
XPO: good integration programm, means provided to do my job are goods
