I used to love my job because the company cared. Over the past year the culture has very much changed and is not good. Communications are terrible, promotions do not always follow the competitive process and overall many employees do not feel valued.

I love the company and the people I work with but change is sometimes difficult to navigate everyone through to happily.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Always willing to help one another out.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy challenges and the process of fixing problems and improving outcomes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am fairly paid for the area that I live in and the job that I perform.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most people care about one another and what is happening in their lives, both professionally and personally.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping my customers achieve their goals and desires for the programs we are managing on their behalf.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team has a lot of experience that is underutilized but there is a lot of depth within my team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like pay is the best part of the package as there are only basic benefits but pay is fair.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communications are getting a lot better. We have a new President and I have a new Manager and both have definitely improved communications.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better communications and the entire leadership team being more open to input from lower level leaders and employees from the Executive Team down.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like my direct Leader. I do not have much interaction with anyone outside of him and really do not think that the rest of my Executive Team is open to those interactions either. Communication from the Execs is sadly lacking and usually only happens through the office grapevine.
