What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer was friendly and seemed to know what they were doing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get better at actually leading instead of standing around waiting for others to do it for them. I hope we can get it together and be able to work as a team. Other departments are better in sync with eachother.
