I've not been here longer than others, but overall it's been a very positive experience so far. Most hang-ups that I may have are all personal from past job experiences. I am glad to see that LexisNexis is not like other places I've worked. It's allowed me to actually have a life and enjoy work.

Our market is slowly falling behind and there needs to be an increase to base pay across the board to keep up with inflation and cost of living.

The people - I have not really met anyone who isn't nice and considerate or helpful. They are all also very diverse and it's an exciting environment to learn so much more than just things related to my position.
