Moving out of 80s style management, properly rewarding teams and not focussing on outdated ideas of what 'good' looks like.
My team doesn't accurately assign employees to their 'level'. There is a lack of consistency with what's expected at each level. The promotions process is not adequately communicated to the team with inconsistent requirements placed on employees whether if they sit in research or design.
