Poor. I am happy with myself and know how to produce and be valuable. But my leaders and the company don't seem to appreciate that or acknowledge it. Not just me, but all my peers. We're constantly told to work harder, but get no recognition for it. Other companies do things way better.

That I am good at what I do and I strive to be positive everyday. I act everyday as the change that I want to see. Just wish our leaders did the same.

I've taken on more roles and responsibilities without hesitation. I'm happy to do so. But I'd prefer my leaders to be proactive in offering me higher compensation for the increased value I bring them.

Organize what they want out of our teams and simplify roadmap items. Also, stop focusing of cheap resourcing. Higher top talent. They will accomplish more with more proactivity. Consolidate teams in closer areas. Forcing global teams makes it difficult to accomplish things in a timely manner.

Not much. The culture is a bit lazy. It's always "that's someone else's problem." People give negative feedback publicly. Meetings are tense. The deadlines and roadmap items our leaders expect, including a push on AI only makes it worse. To top it off LN is cheap and doesn't proactively offer raises
