The culture of RELX | Reed Elsevier in general is very good. How they transfer and ensure that culture is being upheld by smaller teams or departments, I think will always be the biggest challenge. Not all leaders and members comply with that culture. Unfair treatment is also visible.

I appreciate the work-life balance and compensation & benefits program of RELX | Reed Elsevier. The initiatives like Learning & Development events and Operational Excellence program are all designed to make the employees have an initiative aligned with purpose and professional progression.

The HMO with up to 4 dependents under Maxicare with established Primary Care Clinic across different location was really helpful and hassle free. Maxicare beneficiary no longer needs to line up in queue for approval and unnecessary process on affiliated clinics / hospitals.

Currently, they activated hybrid work set-up wherein more days working from home and minimum days working in the office. That also means more electricity consumption on the end of the employee. But up until now, no electricity or internet allowance provided. The EP rating is also very subjective

I feel that there are less professional development opportunities for me since my immediate supervisor only favors team members who are active in engagement. My supervisor is also micromanaging with less support on my growth. She is constantly picking up on me and I feel so intoxicated with her ways
