My team is comprised of really kind, thoughful people. Many of us describe ourselves as "recovering attorneys" and we've found a neat sense of community in that commonality.

The leadership team places trust in its employees, giving us agency to do our jobs in the ways that work best for us, while maintaining guardrails and being present and engaged.

The commitment to flexibility is incredible. I've never worked in a place that not only permits, but seems to expect me to have a life outside of work, and acknowledges that that life doesn't stop existing from 8-5. It's so nice not having to feel guilty for working a less traditional schedule.

I love the flexibility and freedom to arrange my tasks to suit when my brain is most suited to do them. Also, everyone I work with is kind, so I never have to be stressed about calls. Having calls cameras-off also takes the pressure off of them and actually helps me focus more on what's being said.
