Since joining, I have been promoted twice, both in areas that felt well-suited for me. I feel that the company has valued my contribution and has contributed to my career advancement. I would say the salary is relatively low, but still fair, and I was disappointed that my entitlement was cut.

Being able to come up with new ideas and marketing strategies. Innovating.

The bonus. The holidays used to be good but my entitlement was cut which did create a bad impression.

Again, willing to try new things. Not a big blame culture. People are always willing to help out even if it is not their direct responsibility. Not overly hierarchical.

They make the quarterly goals clear and are also willing to try new ideas out. I don't think that we are stagnant or resting on our laurels, and that is thanks to them.

Willigness to try new things, and again people are usually willing to go the extra mile. Creativity is encouraged and I do think leadership and managers recognise employees' individual strengths and talents. Not a one size fits all style company.
