I think it has been good. There are things I wish would be easier or better and feel we are underpaid but I love what I do so I can't complain

I feel our salary is way under what it should be especially in this line of work. When you do extra or cover other territories I dont think the structure is right as well as in the 4-10 I don't feel the Field AEs should be compensated more as the TAEs are doing alot of the work. I could go on
