I like working for this company overall. It has it's problems, but no work place is perfect. My department has good management overall and that has a huge impact. I've also always been surrounded by good coworkers. I'm very optimistic for the future of my department.

This is the best team I've ever been a part of. Everyone is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and hard working. It would be hard to imagine a better work team.

Most of them are very nice and professional. They seem like decent human beings overall, or at least not like bad people. Pretty much all of them are competent as well, or at least give off the appearance.

I work in corporate legal, and the management is incredibly accommodating and understanding. They are very people-focused. This leads to a phenomenal work-life balance which is one of the best things about working at Lexis (besides helping to advance the rule of law).
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
Is this a serious question? Pay us more. I'm doing fine because I have wealthy family, but I can't imagine how some people are making ends meet. Also, I specifically commute a long distance. Gas is getting extremely expensive. Let us work from home more.

I like our companies mission and the tools we develop and provide. I genuinely believe in our mission even if at the end of the day we're a machine for profit. I most love working with clients who do work in fields I'm passionate about because I get to help them and make their jobs easier.
