Overall a good company to work for but there are some glaring shortcomings. Namely benefits and Salary increases.

Everyone is engaged and driving towards the same goal. A lot of creative people doing a lot of work outside of their core job description.

Consistently an over performer and consistently get 2's for KPO's but am given dink and dunk increases. Haven't hand anything more than 2% in years. Typically each year our benefits costs go up and off set any raise I get. My take home is virtually flat from 3 years ago. It can be depressing.
