It used to be the company stock match, but they've cut back on that, unfortunately. Would love for them to reconsider, given the savings in real estate, etc.
Over the past year, they've shown a willingness to adapt to the COVID situation (e.g., work from home policies) despite previous convictions that it would lead to a decrease in performance.
At least over the past year, they seem to have opened their eyes to reality and stood up for employees a lot more than in the past. Hopefully this will continue.

There's a big difference between culture/environment at team level vs. company level. Team is great. Company is often stale, bureaucratic, tone deaf, inhuman. Response to COVID-19 has been very good, though: Company has been transparent, empathetic, open to change, and focused on maintaining jobs.
