I have been with the company for over thirty years and have seen a lot of positive changes in processes and procedures. I love what I do and I love working for the organization, but feel that we continue to strive to catch up with our competitors versus trying to distinguishing our product.

There is till a disconnect with how the executive team is valuing the businesses human asset. They continue to say that the people are the biggest asset, but continue to cut people to meet ongoing budget challenges. It seems to be a conflicting message.
