Transparency, transparency, transparency. LN is the first company that I have ever worked for (5 in total) where my position salary band was not shared. Without this transparency, I am very suspect the salary for the position i am in is lower than my counterparts

It's a fast pace at LexisNexis so you need to be invested and on top of things. The challenges and opportunities are good and we're able to grow and learn new things and expand our networks.
