The PTO policy is fair.
The encouragement and latitude for professional growth is motivating.
We are all supportive of each other and have the best interests of the company at heart.
Interacting with peers across the organization and seeing that the work I do is contributing to their success.
I like the teams I partner with and feel I can add value. I have moderate interaction with my immediate team. We seem to all have very different responsibilities.
My immediate 3 levels of leaders are very engaged and make sure we have strong opportunities for growth. They promote a healthy work / life balance which pushing us all to achieve our aggressive business goals.
Leadership seems to change direction every few quarters on key initiatives or they allow a few disrupters to delay progress. They make a decision, the teams pivot and then they change again. This is disruptive and unproductive.
For those who have stayed with the company for a long time, they are not compensated at fair market value. When asked to bring us to FMV, management is unresponsive or provides the minimum increase. There's zero incentive to remain as even the retirement benefits have essentially been eliminated.
