For myself, I liked I was not asked any potentially disqualifying questions.
They work with you to get the tasks done and they try to work to your strengths and help where your break at.
They know each other well and most times work out our differences. We try to have each other's backs and we work well together.
We can trust one another to about non work related topics and issues. We make an effort to say good job to each other. And to not over work each other.
Benefits would be great and would motivate me to stay longer. I feel undervalued with the disfunctional communication and corperation between the different shifts(morning, night, and overnight). The leadership team doesn't get good support from the higher-ups.
The customers we serve can be a handful and don't show much respect sometimes. Sometimes new hires become unreliable after a week or an overworked worker will not report to work and they get reprimanded but nothing is done to fill in their shift.
