There are a lot of extra things being added to my plate, but no additional compensation. Loyal employees that step up to the plate and go above and beyond should be compensated.
I love how Medela has profit sharing and 401K. I love how Medela has Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance...AND Zero Card and RX n' GO. These additional programs save me and my family a TON of money
Everyone seems to get along. I love that the company formally announced the Core Behaviors. This is actually something that I have been doing for a long time here (most people do- that's who we are at Medela).
It is hard to pick just one. I love all of the different options that we have. The Zero Card program is awesome, I have saved a ton of money with that option. I love that we have a 401K and pension.
My boss is awesome. My boss communicates very well and listens to my input (good or bad). I appreciate that if I ask my boss something, she gets back to me right away. By doing this I am able to keep going with my work.
The benefits are Medela are amazing. We have a lot of additional things like Health Joy that saves me a lot of money (free medication, free physical therapy, etc). Medela is also the only company that I know of that offers employees 401K and a pension.
