I always feel supported when needed; our Director finds ways to keep the team engaged with trainings and outings since we arent all physically in the same place; daily team meetings keep all all in the know

I have all the tools I need to be successful; My success is a direct result of the work I put in. I don't have to worry about my team being cut-throat or competing with me, I can rely on my team to provide good quality candidates and I don't have to second guess and check their work.
