They do not care about emloyees or customers. I was told its the resturant business and was not given a break. I was a minor in washington state. They also told me i could take my tips off my table or take a break so i just payed money to have a break.

Literally everything. Most days they are outside smoking for four hours. Thats not an exageration i have counted.

Having my maneger work would be a start. Not to mention being given a break before my shift is over. And actually being able to have the tips i work for.
