The people - people have chosen not to work in private practice and so you tend not to get the culture of presenteeism and competitiveness. People are relaxed and friendly.

Everyone works together and seems to enjoy collaborating. There is a really nice inclusive culture. There is very little (or maybe none) politics or competition between different teams and business areas.

It is difficult as all the perks and the work culture just about make it worth not having had a significant pay rise but cost of living is making it difficult to justify staying in a job I love when I can't really afford my lifestyle.
