I have a legal background, I started in the support and training department. I have a good knowledge of our products, our customers and their needs and expectations. I then moved into content strategy to develop a former online product. I am now in charge of editorial operations for my BU.

I work for a large group, but on a daily basis, I feel like I'm working as a family in a start-up. I have a lot of links and interaction with the team and it's nice to have the feeling of working in a human-sized environment.
