Fascinating and really unusual, in terms of transitioning from working in a law firm environment to a corporate environment. Overall positive, but senior management in the US feel a bit distant and like they don't understand what we do and why, and our struggles and the tools we need to improve.

People are cheerful more often than not, and nice to talk to. People are willing to explain things and debate/brainstorm new areas and exchange ideas. I have a fair amount in common with my colleagues. Everyone uniformly embraces and really values the largely WFH model.

Getting along with my colleagues, and the opportunity to work on new things (eg writing new content, devising new content formats, liaising with business units I've previously known little about and learning from them). Sadly, I don't feel I get chance to do enough of the latter.

After advocating for myself over a period of months, I recently received a welcome payrise. I feel somewhat listened to which is positive, but I know that I am still being paid less than others in the same role as me with a very similar level of experience.
Qual é a coisa mais positiva da cultura e do ambiente da sua empresa?
The stand out most positive thing is the ability to WFH 4 out of 5 days a week, with a team day where everyone is in the office together 1 day a week. This being the accepted norm and not something you have to fight for is fantastic. It facilitates bringing the best legal talent from further afield.
