The actual work-calling on customers for New Business is tough and at times discouraging. But, the competitive team spirit and comradery makes it so much easier. We all celebrate each other for large and small wins and cheer each other on when someone is struggling. That's what makes it worth it.

My immediate supervisor cares about the team and our success. I don't really interact with anyone above him.

Everyone is so very willing to help. There is a healthy competition between all of us, but everyone wants to make each other better, and are truely happy when someone succeeds.

I work remotely. I still feel a huge connection and comradery with the team even though I work from home. The rest of the team goes in 2 days a week.

I feel that they continue to keep the teams involved and invested in the company and have a lot of team building activities that make you immediately feel like you are a part of the team and company.

I feel valued but, feel that the base pay could be a bit higher. There are a lot of "other" things we are requited to do that take us away from selling. Just something to think about.

I feel that they create a team atmosphere that allows for me to be able to speak freely and not feel that I will be looked down upon regarding my opinions. I feel that they care about my professional accomplishments and my personal happiness.

Everyone celebrates victories and is truly happy when someone has a big win and we celebrate wins. The team is also always there to answer questions and help in any way they can. I feel extremely comfortable asking any question or asking for help.
