The company just needs to appreciate their employees and try retain employees. Management needs to have a serious discussion about themselves, with their teams to try build them instead of them micromanaging people like they do now. If a person has a problem with an account, they manage or they need assistance in solving an error. We all come together to assist.

Be more people focused and not only number focused. This will in return make employees loyal and reduce the high staff turnover that is currently happening. A happy employee makes money for the company.

More social events to improve performance and staff morale. Have a work and life balance and show appreciation to teams that go all out and give their best. We are in the face of the customers and we need uniforms or shirts.
