
i love working here - great teammates, great manager, enjoy working with students - just wish we were paid a little bit more
the company cares about DEI, they care about work life balance - but they dont care about retaining us - if they did - they would increase our base salaries
i like the company, i like working with law students, i believe the pay is not what it should be, and at times i feel like the people put into managerial roles are not qualified
their passion is obvious and i understand

the best part is getting to work from home and work with people from across the country
you don't pay us enough - and more often than not the incentives and bonuses are unachievable
i would like to them to increase our base salaries more instead of trying to entice us with more bonuses
i love the team i am on - and i have one of the best managers i could ask for
I would think that at some point we would receive greater pay increases - especially if we've been with the company at least 5 years
i have been here 6 years - i have some of the best numbers - and my base pay has gones up like 4% total in 6 years
i don't need another piece of lexis swag - or a brownie - i want more increased pay with the amount of time i'm here - this is something that for some reason never comes up
