Good. It's awesome to be part of a global business and leverage those best practices and learnings. It also tips the scales when negativity is heavy in the country you work in, to know you belong to something bigger. That fact makes a great difference.

LNLP Global is an amazing company. The bureaucracy can sometimes be a lot. The cost cutting detracts from other values of the company (in my opinion).
