I appreciate that there is a base pay component to the compensation rather than a commission-only model like some sales orgs. Sometimes despite the hardest effort, success evades us, and the stability that a base salary provides positively impacts my mental health, which enables me to succeed more.

Asking questions is celebrated, not penalized. At my previous job, my manager would get annoyed and try to make me feel stupid whenever I didn't know something. At LexisNexis, asking questions and taking time to develop your knowledge is explicitly encouraged and that helps enable me to succeed.
