I have been with Lexis for 34 years ... My job was eliminated 7 years ago but I was hired back 11 months later ... I am so glad to be back and I was able to keep my years and PTO which was awesome.

I love working here ... One question mentioned how many hours a day I work on average ... the options were a bit limited ... I would say 9 or more per day just to stay above water

I believe our team is a nice mix of newer employees and more seasoned and for the most part we care about each other and want everyone to succeed.

They truly care about the employees and listen when we have questions, concerns and complaints but more than that they also discuss the feedback and make changes (when possible) that address our questions, concerns and complaints.
Qual é a coisa mais positiva da cultura e do ambiente da sua empresa?
People care about People. Not just our coworkers but our company in General but they also care about our community. Lexis provides paid time off to volunteer and to give back which I think is awesome.
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
LOL - I love working from home - I can still communicate with my coworkers from the comfort of home. But I love working with my team and others in the Sales group and talking to my customers.
