I have been with the company for almost 14 years and have moved with the company three times as my job changes and grows. I hope to stay here until I retire. You simply could not ask for better co-workers. We are more like a big family. I love the opportunities I have been given.

I absolutely love the fact that I can reach out to anyone in leadership, as needed, and they actively engage. My immediate manager is such an inspiration for me! She writes articles and participates in speeches as a presenter, and is always forward thinking. She provides excellent leadership!

Our culture is one of genuine caring for one each as individuals. There is no discrimination and total acceptance of diversity. We treat each other with respect. None of the negative 'trying to step on' another team member's head to climb the corporate ladder vs holding our hands to pull each up!
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
I love what I am doing. It brings meaningful purpose to my life. I love the flexibility to work at home. As an introvert, I do my best thinking and feel most creative in my home office. My manager gives me plenty of room to learn and grow under her leadership.

My team members are distributed across the globe, yet, we are still like family. Everyone is willing to help each other out at any time and share training on areas one maybe strong in, while another is weak. Our manager talks to us like she is part of the team and doesn't act superior.
