My job responsibilities do not align with the job title I have. Compared to other companies in similar regions and industries with similar responsibilities my pay rate is at least 30% lower than it should be.

It's very easy to get burnt out. I have an ever-growing queue of work as we absorb region after region and those FTE's are removed. Stakeholders are frustrated as their requests are buried by more pressing items since there are simply not enough employees to get the work done in a timely fashion.
