Qual é a melhor parte das suas compensações?

Annual merit increase. However, although I don't have visibility over the others' compensation, it seems that those who were hired externally earn higher vs those who got promoted internally like me, even if we're on the same level.

I love my team and high performing direct reports. However, "star employee paradox" is evident because many tasks that are not our core responsibilities are being dumped to our team just because the other team/owner is not performing well. It affects our bandwidth and mental health.
