
Forcing orders out fast as opposed to accurate. Stop serving orders before they're ready, and stop forcing inexperienced crew members to work at the same pace as someone who's been there for years.
Some of my co-workers are fine and I enjoy working with them. Others have been encouraged by the GM to be selfish, rude to fellow co-workers, and are under the assumption they can always get the easier roles.
I would like to not be taken away from roles I enjoy to roles I dislike every day, insulted over things out of my control, and to not feel guilty for not wanting to stay longer than my shift.
Workloads should be even for everyone, the same people getting easy jobs and others working much harder for the same pay is ridiculous. They also need to stop playing the blame game during a rush and actually work as team leaders.
