My experience (+10yrs) at Medela has been excellent. I believe the current leadership team is by far the best we've had, I look forward to seeing where the new US market leader takes us.
What makes you most happy at work?
Collaboration with current teammates and the internal teams.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pension, 401K, and bonus payout capabilities are all the highest.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The vibe and energy of our direct manager. Most folks share the same passion.

Each day, it's different for me given competition, accounts and what our team is accomplishing.

Open communication, positive attitudes. Excited to take a challenge and turn it into a company win.

Senior leadership is committed to listening to their employees and taking the time to get to understand their businesses.

The culture of our team is incredible. We're a small team that communicates daily, we all want to win at our accounts. Couldn't ask for a better team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that our US leadership team is now very accessible if needed. I believe Annette and Nancy actively want to hear from employees our insights and thoughts on how to do things differently and have shown this to be true.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture has embraced the post-covid work environment. Where you work (home, 1101 corporate drive) no longer is a critical component to getting your job done. I think flexible work has grown the culture positively and people honestly, get more work done at a higher quality.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pension, 401k & health benefits. I wish we had that exercise program back where if we tracked our steps each day, etc. we would earn points towards lowes, amazon etc gift cards. That got my whole family on the move. We did away with that program over 5yrs ago (It's not Healthiest You).
