They're really honest about what's going on, and whenever there are big events or surprises, their first move is always to update us on what's going on and what we can expect.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get amazing health and 401k benefits. Plus, the Qualtrics Experience bonus is such a cool program, and I'm planning on using the $1500 they give us to have a cool experience outside of work to start checking things like hiking Machu Picchu off my bucket list.
