Paid maternity/paternity leave could be more generous. Compensation is also not meeting the industry average.

The company has a good balance of working hard on important projects and with important clients, but also taking time for self care and family.

The leadership team is approachable and experienced. They bring a variety of perspectives and talents. Generally, I think they have a very good handle on the trajectory of the company.
