The camaraderie and integrity. Everyone works together to accomplish the goals and have pride in their work

Transparency and loyalty. The managers work as hard as the employees, often helping them while also maintaining strong leadership values.

The cost and the amount of benefits we receive. Everything caters to the employees and I feel valued at this company

Coworkers mesh with each other. There is an inherent trait of learning with adaptability. Team members look forward to developing the product to perfection.

Free health insurance for individual, cheap but amazing insurance rates. 4% matching if 5% invested is fantastic. Free lunches everyday also are an amazing perk
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They offer ability for growth and engagement across all jobsites. There is always something to learn to keep people engaged. Leadership does well to notice the strengths/weaknesses to properly place employees where they will thrive. Speaking to leadership is laid back but effective.

Positive environment where everyone can work together while also keeping their own welbeing. The flexibility to sustain the mission while also being there for your own personal life (i.e. family, relationships, school). Everyone works toward success while ensuring the success of the individual
