Love everyone. Some could have their lazy days but for the most part all were great
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Workers have oppurtnities to move up if they show initiative. Leadership tries hard to make sure kids learn what is and isnt acceptable in the work place
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I just look forward to moving in to the next job. Fast food is a filler job, and it may be had to ever get employees to see it as anything different
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My boyfriend and I started working at the same location. I worked there for longer, and he had received many complaints for being lazy on the job. He randomly got a 50 cent raise for no reason, I got nothing for working extremely hard non stop.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My manager tried to change things around way too much. As soon as we had a system going for the day she would switch it up. That makes sense to figure out the most effective work station for everyone but it just slowed us down all day
