Let’s start with having a mature experienced manager, instead of 20 yr olds running the store

Like I said earlier.... a change in the attitude of the owners and mature experienced managers instead of 20 yr olds

I believe if the owners of our Dunkin cared about their employees and showed respect I believe that they would get more out of their employees.
