It was the medical and work from home opportunities, however, the work from home just went away, so I suppose it's just the medical benefits now.
Antiquated policies and procedures that haven't adapted to modern technologies. Lack of ability to make positive change. Overall unwillingness of parent company to invest in system upgrades and additional personnel leaving current personnel to work harder with less quantitative data and analytics.
