Great place to work for the benefits and pay. However, the leadership over the past couple years has not made many improvements, that I personally have seen. Personally, I feel that we have taken several steps back.
We work well together. Experience. Dependability. Passionate. Efficiency.
The coworkers make it enjoyable to be at work.
Insurance is cheap. 401K contribution without putting anything in. Incentives are exceptional.
A majority of the people I talk with are down to Earth.
Work well together. Able to see the needs of each other without needing to be asked.
There are several good things about the package. However, I greatly appreciate the amount offered at the price it is offered at.
Most of the people here are laid back and easy to talk to. People do their best when the units being ran are always changing.
My manager does an excellent job with what he was given. There is a good bit on his plate. He does the best he can with delegating the jobs as needed.
LISTEN TO YOUR EMPLOYEES CONCERNS. More communication. A clear vision and steps towards that vision. Better training for leadership. Better organization with company departments. Devising a plan to better utilize resources to keep from needing to work unnecessary weekends.
The way the area is ran prevents us from being able to get ahead. We have no idea what parts we have, to be able to plan ahead for running during the week. Line are always changing what's being ran. We need to inventory parts each week and plan schedule accordingly, IMO.
