I work harder and longer hours when the Japanese were here running the show, but I felt better respected and compensated then I do now.
the main companies policy's for their employees benefits
yes and there is to much to list
A good and proper work ethic
a work ethic, accountability .
same as I have said in the prior statements
not enough room to write.
the health benefits are nice
better pay for personnel who been here and have proven themselves.
a lot and start listening to employees not just nod and keep going
attention to detail, quality, take some pride in their work and we might see better product
The policies that where in the hand book when I first started valued the employee several years ago
do not make people work 3-4 peoples positions and then treat them like they are not doing anything
a work ethic not just trying to ride the clock they need to come in here ready to work
teat people like people and stop hiring people to fill spots that cannot properly do the job and then expect other people to pick up the slack of that person continuously such as bringing in a lot of small personnel into an area that requires a lot of big parts to be lifted constantly.
quit bringing less experience people into the company at the same pay rate as the people who have the experience and have been here with the company for over a year. start taking care of the people who have been here instead of lying about pay and then old personnel find out from new.
take are of personnel that have been here and have keep this company running ensure that these people are taken care of pay wise instead of bringing in new personnel in at a higher pay than people who have worked here and proven themselves reliable. seen to many times while I have worked here 9yrs
to much to list mainly bad workers and designs. more work with the assemblers for designs and actually try to incorporate their ideas into the design they are the ones who build it everyday yet a lot of our ideas are over looked when they try to get a new designs set and changed
listen to the personnel not demand that they work longer hours or more days we already just had problems about retention of employees due over working and then after they "try to fix that problem" they seem to forget about it as soon as they get a little behind "worker make this place not managers "
a lot mainly how good worker are treated and to quit giving excuses on why we need to retain bad workers I've seen many good workers let go and bad workers kept, it gives a bad example of the work ethic needed to get ahead in this company, it will only lead to more bad workers in the future
