I bust my butt... I do a good job... I feel I am abused financially for the amount of work I do...
I am a Boomer, and as such, I was raised to work hard. Too many people standing around on their phones is unprofessional and unproductive.
Flexible about time off and working overtime.
Communication and more respect. Dress professional.
Nothing! Poor communicators. Nothing is cohesive.
We get it done, day in, day out!
The teamwork I experience is satisfying...
Not much. A lot of favoritism...
Having a good day. Producing...
Clocking out and going home...
The leadership team needs to communicate better with the rank and file...
We get it done, day in and day out, and we're shorthanded!
Not much. I work, I do my best, and I go home.
Supervisors are abusive and coordinators are uneducated in their roles... Communication is very poor.
Stop hiring new hires for more money than those that have endured this pandemic... Level up those that are below the new hire rate. It's only fair!
The attendance bonus should just be a raise. Once you end it, we are back to mediocre pay at best. With inflation skyrocketing, where does that leave us financially?
I work my tail off everyday. There are people walking in the door making as much as me. I served time to earn my current pay. They have not! Doesn't fair to me.
