its a good work environment with good benefits. some improvements in the Griffin facility would be nice. The lobby, cafeteria and real break room areas. update the office area add color and textures (a more welcoming and visually stimulating environment) provide newer computers and monitors.

This has been a good company to work for, but lately I don't feel valued or appreciated. Many departments need Indians, not chiefs.

When I get to work at the location I was hired for and i don't have to unnecessarily travel 2 hrs for no good reason
Depending if you apart of one of the lucky departments, you get to work from home or from the facility that you excepted the position for.
we are a true team. i can call on anyone one of them and they would go out of their way to help. As i would for them.
Being able to do the job that I was hired to do and not have to work at a different location out of retalitaion just bc it makes it harder for me.
My new boss is amazing. she works side by side with us. if we work late she works late. She is always complimenting us, checking in on us. treating us like human beings. it is so refreshing knowing how much she cares.
this company only wants to pay minimum when you move up. an outsider would make considerably more. just because you are salary does not mean you should not get paid OT. also re-evaluate the vacation time. those loyal and whom have been here should have something to look forward to.
When I get to do the job that I was hired for at the location i was hired for. When I don't have to spend 2hrs driving vs 10min. When I don't have to wake up an hr earlier. When I don't have to put 66 unnecessary miles on my lease, tires, oil changes, gas.
